    Great workout – I’ve added it to my playlist. After your kickboxing
    workout yesterday I needed something a bit more low-impact with more work
    on my legs. I have to admit doing the walk-down pushup was hard but I can’t
    do pushups yet. I do keep at them regularly and slowly I’m getting better.
    Meanwhile, lunges? You’re having a laugh. 😉 Doing these cross-training
    workouts is also great to pinpoint where my strengths and weaknesses lie. I
    don’t mind pushing through the harder things because I know that I’ll be
    slowly but surely getting better at them. :)

    First of all, I would like to say I am sure that this is a great workout.
    However, I am doing this workout as day 4 of the low impact for beginners
    workout. THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER WORKOUT.

    As a beginner, I do not expect the workouts to be easy, but the last three
    days I have had great workouts that were challenging, but I was able to
    actually preform most of the exercises or at least do a couple of reps. I
    left my workouts energized, appropriately sore, and looking forward to my
    workout the next day. This workout is just ridiculous for a beginner and
    left me in a puddle of tears instead of sweat.

    For instance, those walk down push ups. How can I as a beginner, with no
    flexibility and no upper arm strength even attempt to do this exercise? No
    options for beginners are given. Can I just do half push ups for the whole
    time? That isn’t going to help w/ my flexibility. I literally do not
    understand how to tackle this exercise as a beginner. I’m trying to keep
    up, but I’m just getting frustrated instead. Not only that, but I’m pretty
    sure I’m carrying an extra 120 pounds over Kelly, so I’ve got that working
    against me.

    I expect to be pushed as a beginner. I used to be in the Army, so I know
    all about tough love and pushing through the pain, but I don’t even want to
    move on with the program because I am so upset about this extreme jump in
    difficulty. I can’t get better if I’m just standing in front of my TV
    going, “How do I do that?” I want to gain muscle and endurance gradually, I
    didn’t suddenly achieve that overnight between day 3 and day 4.

    I’m not a beginner by any means, but haven’t been able to run or even put
    much impact on one of my feet for a few weeks due to a minor stress
    fracture made my psyche fall so much. I love cardio and have done your
    other videos in addition to my workouts, but im really thankful to have
    found this one, helps to keep me sane and at least feel my HR rise. :)

    I had surgery recently and need to do low impact, so this was right on
    time! Thanks FB for offering such great workouts for free! You are a
    lifesaver because I was having difficulty finding low impact exercises that
    aren’t boring (like walking for an hour lol).

    +FitnessBlender I did this workout yesterday and today my legs are totally
    sore. I can’t squat. Its hard to sit or get up because they’re so sore. I
    haven’t worked out in years. I was wondering what I could’ve done better or
    should I have started off smaller? (Less time) Getting fit is a huge goal
    for me. I’m 5’6″ and 200lbs with 4 children:15, 14, 13 and 9 months. Do you
