    Lol it’s amazing for memory too if you take it regularly – I noticed a
    difference within a week! I use it in tincture form – best to have it on
    it’s own with water for optimal absorption on an empty stomach. 🙂

    I did some research on this a few years ago – and from my natural health
    perspective, you nailed it! Exercise, socialize for mental health, eat
    super clean AND holy basil (in tincture form is best). Memory games are
    great too. 🙂
