    I have just noticed that there are quite a few ‘thumbs down’ to this video.
    That really confuses me since this video contains some very good advice on
    how to stay healthy, which I’m sure are the reasons everyone would view
    this video anyway.

    I have a hard time not buying processed foods and exercising but I found
    that I like working out on a stationary bike so I’m glad I found a workout
    for me. I pack fruit and granola bars as a snack now too (:

    Smoothies are not that healthy. Most of the vitamins are under the skin and
    by blending your fruit, these will disappear.

    Over-hydrating will not make you feel better in any way. It may makes
    things worse. Drink when you’re thirsty. Or perhaps sip water occasionally
    if it’s hot or you’re exercising.

    Because of all these videos I want to lose so much weight, I want to lose
    30 pounds and I am 11 years old. And I only weigh 80 which is the average
    but my brother is so much older and weighs like nothing and is so skinny.

    I am that kind of girl who is a fat person.
    I eat normal,i work out every Tuesday and Sunday and i don't really eat
    snacks (chips,chocolate,candy)
    But i am just a fat person.
    So 1 Month ago i decided to eat nothing but dinner,i think this helps me
    get thin.
    i hope that i am going to be skinny like everyone <3
    That is just my biggest dream.Thats why i don't eat much anymore :)

    Fun fact for you, make smoothies. Juices get rid of the texture of the
    veggie which is the part that contains vitamins and you are left with
    flavored water….. so….
