    letting the rice soak over nights just to eat and save nutrients in it
    sounds sort of pointless to me.. Just cook it lol. You’ll be getting
    healthy carbohydrates from it anyways.

    see she knows more than me but I know something she doesn’t know is that
    the body only needs about 3,4, or 5% of protein, well here is the kicker
    plants all have veggie plants I do not know about fruit, but vegi plants
    all have 5% protein what we need, wow wasn’t our creator smart

    @zsdg34 first of all, you dont need fiber in everything. that’s kind of the
    whole point of juicing, to give a break from digesting fiber to get to the
    nutrients. so you have a tonic of instantly available nutrients for
    cellular healing. but, by the way chia seeds are one of my favorite seeds,
    they can be added to juices and smoothies and you can make raw puddings
    with them because they absorb 10 times their weight in water and form these
    little caviar like balls. their’re neat!
