giving into unhealthy foods because of emotions has nothing to do with

I lost 15kg and gained 5kg again because of the yoyo:( i didn’t like
fastfood when i was losing weight, but after one day ate a bite of bread, I
can’t stop myself from eating it…i know i should lose more weight but i
can’t stop eating bread….
