    Hi. Noob here looking for a bit of advice.
    Would chest presses help me get rid of my slightly flabby pecs (read as
    I’m not hugely overweight. Just wanting to get rid of the wobble that has
    resulted from too many beers and pizzas. I’m running 4-5k every day and
    doing plenty of sit-ups to shift the gut, but I’m at a loss as to what to
    do with my dumb bells.

    how do i activate my chest more? i always feel these in my triceps way
    more, same with incline and decline. Does it mean my elbows are out too

    Is it best to do bench press with db or the barbell? Like do you see
    similar results though your lifting less with the DB?

    Why do weight lifters make that “ch–” sound when they exhale? I’ve heard
    variations on the sound (even the occasional “bip”), but I never fail to
    overhear these odd noises at the gym.

    i have two questions if anyone can answer please. first very rarely do i
    see in these videos people talk of doing declines for the chest. are they
    not that necessary and how important are dumbbell pullovers for chest

    And a term rotary cups
    Techniques: a knee hoist
    And over the chest rather than the shoulder.
    And the memory techique of your terms complimenting the actual schema.

    The dumbbells in my our gym only go up to 120, so I can’t to dumbbell
    presses unfortunately :(

    It feels more natural to me to use a rotating motion at the bottom so that
    the weights are parallel ….then they are perpendicular at the top.
    What’s wrong w/ that ?

    this is wrongly shown. keep your elbows a bit closer to your body to
    minimize shoulderinjuries and to get more chest emphasis.
