Whenever I do chest workouts, I never feel my chest getting worked. My
delts get pumped tho. I just can’t seem to get the mind muscle connection
    going.

    P.S. TSCCHT!

Hi. Noob here looking for a bit of advice.
Would chest presses help me get rid of my slightly flabby pecs (read as
    moobs)?
I’m not hugely overweight. Just wanting to get rid of the wobble that has
resulted from too many beers and pizzas. I’m running 4-5k every day and
doing plenty of sit-ups to shift the gut, but I’m at a loss as to what to
    do with my dumb bells.

Why do weight lifters make that “ch–” sound when they exhale? I’ve heard
variations on the sound (even the occasional “bip”), but I never fail to
overhear these odd noises at the gym.

    A good lesson
    A piece of aperatus
    And a term rotary cups
    Techniques: a knee hoist
And over the chest rather than the shoulder.
And the memory techique of your terms complimenting the actual schema.

It feels more natural to me to use a rotating motion at the bottom so that
the weights are parallel ….then they are perpendicular at the top.
    What’s wrong w/ that ?

  23. TheMickaren says:

this is wrongly shown. keep your elbows a bit closer to your body to
minimize shoulderinjuries and to get more chest emphasis.
