    blood work is perfect. I’m not sure what to do or how to live this

    I’m 5″ 6 1/2 I weigh 157 I am 28 tears old I am currently doing workouts
    cardio 3 times a week for 30 mins a day and lift weight light weights 2
    times a week! I have 3 kids so I am always running around 9 year old 4 year
    old 2 year old! Could you tell me how many calories I need I just started
    on my raw journey 1 week ago! Thanks and your videos are so awesome!

    So how do I know what’s right for me? I’m 5’3 and 116 pounds, trying to
    lose weight. Not a lot, but probably 10-15 pounds. You would compare my
    lifetstyle as working 40 hours a week on my feet as a ‘daystocker’.
    Stocking selves, moving around all 8 hours. 3 times a week I do 35 minute
    moderate to intense stationary bike rides. I’m eating around 2,000-2,500
    but I don’t know if that’s what I need to lose weight or to keep me at the
    same weight. ANY information would be so helpful. It’s hard to eat any more
    than I’m eating right now.

    I really want to start this new way of eating. I already eat healthy and
    avoid meats, fish and dairy 90% but I know the added pesticides and
    chemicals in other foods, which are few that I eat are still ruining my
    optimal health goals. What I’m horrified of is gaining weight. I want to
    lose 7-10lbs and I have been having an extremely hard time losing weight in
    my inner thighs and lower stomach for over a year now no matter how clean I
    eat or how much I work out. I am becoming very hopeless and stressed from
    trying to get back to my “happy weight” and seeing how much effort I put in
    with no results is taking it’s toll on me mentally, very badly in fact. I’m
    29, 5’5″ and 114lbs. I work out 3x a week for 30mins of circut type
    training. How many calories should I eat when I start to lose this weight?
    Any help is more than appreciated and I would be so grateful as I’m at my
    wits end but know giving up isn’t an option.

    thank you so much for this video. I feel like 100% raw is the best for
    me…i don’t feel great eating cook foods even hclf vegan tbh but with raw
    my energy levels sky rocket big time! I’m just going to eat as much whole
    fruits and veggies to satisfy me.

    Do you have recommendations for someone who is tired of food after eating
    high carb vegan for 2.5 years? I just don’t want to eat any more! I don’t
    feel like eating the volume required, but it affects my performance and
    sleep when I don’t eat enough? Eating feels like a waste of time and is not
    even very pleasurable any more. Never thought I’d have this problem…

    I have been transitioning into 811 for the last week and a half. I’m
    finding it hard to eat 800 calories for breakfast. This morning, I only
    managed 400, and it was a struggle. I was stuffed and couldn’t eat any
    more. I’m 5’2″ and 134 lbs. Goal weight is 110. I know I didn’t eat enough
    calories yesterday, probably around 1000- 1200 b/c I felt tired & sluggish
    this morning. I plan to eat more calories today. Would 1450-1550 calories
    ve sufficient to start with to achieve my goal weight? I’m only
