    These are great videos. I’ve watched a few to see if they are something
    that will be right for me. And as it a bit fast, it is also called the
    pause button. So it is something I can very easily pause, do the stretches
    a few times at my pace, then go to the next stretch repeating the process.
    So as it may be a bit on the fast side for some, I think it’s just fine.
    Most may not want to bother with doing the pausing and such, but I am
    really wanting to regain some flexibility. It’s also not like I have to do
    it exactly as everyone’s range of motion will be different, and at
    different levels. The fact that I will be giving it a go, and at least
    trying my best, should say it all. So thumbs up and keep up the great work!
