    will lose more weight, when they actually stop losing by doing that. So
    glad to see you showing the use of ALL points! It’s very important and I

    Thanks so much for the video..I can’t believe how much food this is! I must
    be doing something wrong. I feel like I have been well within my points
    (seems like I eat much less than what you eat in a day) yet I cannot lose
    more than 1 lb a week if that. I feel disheartened 🙁 I exercise daily (up
    to 20 activity points a week which i don’t use), I use maybe 10-15 flex
    points a week which I figured balanced out with the activity points i don’t
    use but still no more than 0.5-1 lb a week. I am beginning to think I have
    some disorder. Anyhow.. thanks for the video. It is really inspiring and
    you look great!

    I just wanted to say thank you for making these videos. They are my sole
    source of inspiration for staying on the WW plan at home. I couldn’t
    afford the meetings anymore, but I have the 3 month tracker and the food
    journal for looking up points, so I’m good to go. I sit down every single
    morning and watch one of your videos as motivation for me to keep on track

    I work nights the 11pm to 7am shift and I want to do weight watchers and
    start being healthy but I’m nit sure how.
