i love your videos but PLEASE PLEASE be careful with baking soda on your
skin and hair. baking soda is an abrasive agent and can over exfoliate your
skin raw even if you dont rub it in…. it also strips and damages the
strands of your hair.. ( its good enough for that tough dead skin on your
feet though. ) people have also used baking soda for whiter teeth but
literally scrapes the enamel off your teeth… baking soda may be remedial
yes but please be careful of how much and how often you use it and your
method of application. remember it is extremely abrasive !! so be careful
with your body. in the long run you make end up doing more harm than good.

Wow!!! I’m definitely going to try the homemade shower fizzies :) I have so
many essential oils – so many possibilities! Also might try a baking soda
paste on my hands – they get horrendously dry in the winter. When I was
younger I had to get a topical medicine for them because I couldn’t control
the dryness with regular hand lotion and they were cracking and bleeding.
I’d much rather use a more natural solution along with a good hand cream
(my favorites are Neutrogena’s Norwegian Formula and Neosporin’s Eczema
    Relief – both fragrance-free, non-greasy and effective).

After using both of my acne face washes, I use a small bit of baking soda
and water (paste form) and scrub my face with it. It makes my skin smooth.
Helps my foundation go on smoothly.

FYI a cosmetologist told me baking soda mixed with shampoo removes hair
color faster than natural fading so be aware your color will fade using
    that tip.

shampooing your hair more often or using better products may help. and
apple cider vinegar half and half to water makes a great conditioner when
needs be. dont worry. when your hair drys, the smell goes away. but your
    hair is soft and shiny.
